Cannot Uninstall Blackberry Desktop

I want to completely uninstall my blackberry desktop 4.3.

When I run [Control Panel] [Add/Remove Programs" ] ... [ Remove Blackberry Desktop 4.3]  the process fails with the following error:

Error 1316.A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\WINDOWS\Installer\BlackBerry Desktop Software.msi

I checked and that file does not exist.  I don't want to add files simply to remove this application.  I simply want to NUKE this application without error or system objection.

How do I blast this stupid program?

C:\Program Files\Research In Motion
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion

Registry:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Research In Motion
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Research In Motion

That should take care of ya.

I'm not sure its all gone.
I deleted those directory lines (with pleasure).
In my [control panel ] [add remove programs]  Blackberry Desktop 4.3 is still in the list.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

i think thats the key. Thats a Microsoft thing... look in there for the RIM folder.
