OWA access http ok but not https

For some reason, one of my sites OWA access quit working and could not find any error or reason why. I've gone through the settings and can get http working fine but https doesn't work.
I remember seeing a way to remove the OWA folders under IIS, shutting the service down and restarting it and it would recreate all of the directories with the proper permissons. I'm grasping at straws right now

The document that I followed to set thier OWA access up is

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
