I have a Cisco ASA 5510 and have been experiencing problems on a weekly basis. Every Tuesday for some reason I lose contact with the ASA, I CAN ping it no problem, but no onoe can use VPN. To solve this, I restart the ASA and its fine. Well, when I restart it, all the VPN users need to reinstall the certificate. Is there a way for this not to happen? And any suggestions on why it does not respond weekly?

This does not sound normal to me.  I would see if bouncing it on a different day, say Thursday, would cause it to reset on Thursday or Tuesday again.  Make sure you have the current IOS version.  This sounds like possibly a hardware issue, but a one week delta is kind of long for that.  Not probable, but possible, is that maybe there is something environmental on tuesdays like say a generator test or something?  If you have a support contract with Cisco you might want to open up a trouble ticket for this one.
I assume that you write to memory each time you do the cert and such...  there could be an issue with the nvram if it isn't holding your config.  That may be a symptom or cause of the hanging issue - personally that is where my gut is going with this one.
