DTS Step Error code: 800403FE

Hi Experts,

DTS today failed with error below. It has been working fine until today. Can someone please advise to resolve this error.

Thanks.
We didn't make any changes to the DTS. DTS is running with Service account and it should be able to generate xls report which didn't happen. This all started after we did fail over on cluster server.

Thanks All. Actually macros security on xls had some issues which are resolved now. Thanks for ur help.

I'm not sure why you assigned points to the other poster - it was totally incorrect and misleading.

McAfee can prevent objects from being created such as CDO.message. We had the same problem and corrected it by configuring McAfee.
