Citrix Shop Connection Error

We are a Citrix shop; we have a user that is trying to access as app called Navision (acctg software). The error that she is getting is: The network connection to your application was interrupted. Try to access your applications later, or contact technical support. We have deleted store key, and added authenticated users to the MSLicensing permissions. User also has access to terminal servers in AD. What else are we missing?

    Is it that the user's sessions gets interrupted/disconnected from time to time and is it only one user?  If so, it sounds like a network issue (i.e. her connection is very reliable, etc.).  Does it only happen when that user is idle?

    If it happens when they are idle, you might want to look and see if you ICA Keep Alives set in the Farm.  This helps keep sessions alive that can sometimes be killed by firewalls which kill connections after X seconds/minutes of inactivity.
