how do you publish vb.net 2008 win app on computer with no acces to internet only cd rom
I have written a windows application with vb.net 2008 express
I figured out how to publish it and put the files on a cd but
when I put the cd in a different computer it wanted to access the internet
this computer has no acces only a cd rom how do I build the installer to include the .net framework

when I tried I recieved several errors seems that the files necessary to install the .net framework are not on my computer how do I get them sorry for bothering you thanx for your time and knowledge

I found dontfx.exe for 2.0 and three an I am in the middle of downloading them where do I put them so that vb.net can publish them on the cd with my application

I specified the location to publish
then it asked how will users install the application I chose cd
the it asked will the application search for updates or not I chose not
it gave me no option like the one you described what did I miss
I am using vb.net 2008 express
