How can I analyze delay between two rtp packets using wireshark

I have call established between two voip mgcp phones and want to calculate round trip time delay between RTP Packets.How exactly should I do on wireshark

    My Basic purpose is to analyze the correlation between TLS Encrypted packet and regular RTP packet and calulation delay between two

    any help or guidance on analyzing TLS will be highly appreciated
