preloader for flvPlayback component???

Can someone tell me how to incorporate a preloader or buffering status into the flvPlayback compnent.

If you go to my site www.judsonmusic.com

Go to lyrics, There is a video pf me writing something and it takes about 5-8 secs to load but there is no preloader. How can I add this if this flv component is loading the video externally???

Well, you could listen for the Playing event to be triggered from the FLVPlayback component.  Until that point, you could have a little banner that says, "Loading, please wait..."

Are you familiar enough with Actionscript to implement this?

Nice site, by the way.

Ok.  Try something like this.  I'm just giving sort of general guidelines here, so you'll probably have to tweak it, or just ask me and I'll help you figure it out.
//Say your FLVPlayback is named vid and you have a little movieclip on your stage
//which says "Loading..." with an instance name of loading

vid.addEventListener( VideoEvent.PLAYING, handlePlaying );

function handlePlaying( event:VideoEvent ):void
{
   loading.visible = false;
}
