Issue wiih ScriptManager and AutoEventWireup Ajax Fails

I have a webpage that I going to use Ajax and the ScriptManager but whenever I change the
AutoEventWireup=true and have CodeBehind, it gives this error:

"Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerRoorException: An unknown error occured while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 12030."

However, when I change the AutoEventWireup=false and put the code directly on the aspx page, it works OK.

Is there a way to avoid this error and will have the ability to use the Code Behind page?

You can still use code behind with AutoEventWireup set to false but you will have to manually set the event handlers.

To ascertain what may be causign the error, it would be helpful if you could past the relevant code.
