Map a directory and add icon to Windows Explorer for it

You know how Windows Explorer provides you with a standard set of default icons for My Documents, My Recent Documents, Desktop etc? Can I create a map to a directory and add an icon for it to Windows Explorer like when you do a Save As?

This guide will help you setup custom locations in the 'save as' window.
