I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It's very broad question. but I'll try to post some useful links:
To connect to both databases:
OleDbConnection class = http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.data.oledb.oledbconnection.aspx
The command class to work with the connection:
The OleDbDataReader, that you can use to read the whole source database, and create a temporary storage, like a DataSet:
A data adapter would work too: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.data.oledb.oledbdataadapter.aspx
Then, is up to you how you upload the data to MySql, there are many considerations to take in account, but, basically, you should be all right using the above classes.
