Change default display mode in Windows Vista Explorer

 Is it possible in Windows Vista Explorer to change the default display mode 'DETAILS' by 'LIST' for all folders and sub-folders ?

    If you want List view for ALL folders then one thing you will have to do is use a registry tweak to turn off the feature called Automatic Folder Type Discovery.  Another is to make each template for folder types use List view rather than the default view for that template type.  See this tutorial.  If you cannot see the screenshots in the tutorial, then find the link for joining the forum.  It's free...
