MS-TCP Loopback Interface

In Orion NPM, there is one type of interface "MS-TCP Loopback Interface". The utilisation of this interface is around 8-10 % usually. What could be the reason behind this. I mean, the interface utilisation increases when some data is transferred thru that interface.
What kind of data transfer might be taking place, resulting in this 8-10 % utilisation at Loopback interface???

Base on "proccess PID" you will know for sure, what services using it, and see, if it is something you need to have on local machine to run.
