Whenever I apply any slow down effect in my Windows Movie Maker it is actually speeding up the video.

The speed up effects are doing the same thing.

Any ideas of how I can fix this???

Thanks in advance,

Actually, I just figured it out. My computer is using brazilian notation, so that the decimal point is a comma instead of a period.

To fix this you have to use a addon XML file for new effects and make sure the speed is set using a comma...

    Oh well....
