A user has a vista pc running with a 64-bit OS. &nbsp;After a week of being installed, it wont respond. &nbsp;If the printer is powered off after a print job, and then powered on for another print job, it's fine. &nbsp;If it's powered on and left idle, it just stops responding. &nbsp;I've tried it with xp, vista-32, and vista-64 bit drivers, both pcl5 and pcl6. &nbsp;Can anyone shed some light on this?

Windows OS
