CASE statement IS NULL

Trying to place a CASE when a value IS NULL than make it 0 but I think I have some syntax error.

CASE B.MILEAGE WHEN IS NULL THEN '0' END AS GPS_ODOM

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

this is it:
CASE WHEN B.MILEAGE IS NULL THEN '0' END AS GPS_ODOM
or:
COALESCE(B.MILEAGE , '0')

Hello chrisryhal,

Case When B.Mileage Is Null Then '0' Else B.Mileage End As GPD_ODOM

Or simply

IsNull(B.Mileage,'0') As GPS_ODOM
