display name in Active Directory problems

I have X number os users in Active Directory.  99 percent of those display the name perfect.  1 percent of those do not display correctly the display name.   see image I have attached.  
Hope this is a simple enough.

    What you're seeing there is the user's "Relative Distinguished Name", that is, its name in AD. You can rename it directly in the ADUC console by right-clicking "User" and choosing "rename".
