Creating a folder in AD that users can only drop files into.

I need to create a folder in AD that one person has full control over and other users can only drag and drop stuff into and not modify or anything else.
I am not having any luck with this ..

Any ideas?

    Accepted Solution

    Go to the properties of the particular folder.  On the Security Tab, click Advanced.  Grant the user/group only the permission to Create/Write files.

    Note that if they have higher level permissions from being in a different group, they will get those permissions instead, not the reduced ones.

    Of course then they won't be able to read or open them either...

    Also, if you need them to be able to view the files in the folder they're dragging and dropping into, you might consider allowing "Traverse folder/execute file" and "List folder/read data".
