My guess is that this is caused by having the software installed and not keeping the installation filees on the machine. When a patch is installed it is looking for that PRO11.msi file and can not find it that is why you are getting prompted.<br />

The only way I know around it is to provide it with the path to your PRO11.msi file.

We installed lately a WSUS Server and after some updates, excel is asking for the installation files PRO11.msi. No further updates can be installed as all updates are asking for the same installation files. I don't know how to nsolve this problem because first of all I don't know which update is causing this problem, and second because it has already been installed on about 200 computers. can anyone help???
