We installed lately a WSUS Server and after some updates, excel is asking for the installation files PRO11.msi. No further updates can be installed as all updates are asking for the same installation files. I don't know how to nsolve this problem because first of all I don't know which update is causing this problem, and second because it has already been installed on about 200 computers. can anyone help???

My guess is that this is caused by having the software installed and not keeping the installation filees on the machine. When a patch is installed it is looking for that PRO11.msi file and can not find it that is why you are getting prompted.

The only way I know around it is to provide it with the path to your PRO11.msi file.
