BES Server New Install

I have a new BES installed on a VM  (win2003 R2) and Exchange 2007 set up.  I have followed all documentation in giving the BESAdmin rites to the users mailboxes, imported users into the BES and have sent activation emails.  Here is where I am stuck as the email is delivered to the Blackberry device but will not connect to the BES / Exchange 07 and synchronization does not occur.  I have attempted with one Blackberry to sync via the usb cable and can get it to sync in this manner.  In the BB manager I show wireless reconcilliation as disabled for each user.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  As we all know crackberry's can't be done without these days!!

Two things, First verify that with your wireless plan you are on a Blackberry Enterprise plan and not an Internet plan. Once they move you over to the enterprise plan. Delete your service books and then have your provider resend you the new service books. At that point it is best to delete the users and reactivate them with the BES. Wireless reconcilliation should se set on.

I forgot to say these phones were connected to another BES and one company has split, thus the new server.  So the phones were sorking on the old BES.  Status for the users shows initializing.  I do not get the pin for the phone to come through.  Yes I have followed the steps for enterprise activation.

Reset the phone completely. Go into Options - Security options - General Settings - Hit the application button (the one with the seven dots) then hit wipe handheld. Have your provider send service books to you. Delete users on your BES then reactivate.
