Transation log reader

Hi all,

I need to find out a way to read out a transcation file continue in oracle systems, I understand they are binairy, anybody a good idea to do this in .net coding.
Am not able to use triggers nor system triggers.
Any idea or suggestion would be appriciated

    use log miner,  you don't need triggers of any kind for it.

    It's a built in package already available.
