I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi again and thanks....

I'm trying to backup the files on my server and sometimes the transfer fails, I have the option of replace, merge and stop. I've been choosing MERGE in hopes that it works the way you say so I end up backing up everything for sure.
