Access Form - open in datasheet view by default

I have a button on a form which opens another form.
I want the latter to open in datasheet view.
How do I achieve that?

thanks
David

Make sure the second argument of the open statement specifies datasheet
docmd.OpenForm "frmname",acFormDS

Or under properties set to datasheet view for the form, but the above will do it.

Look at your button properties.  In the OnClick event property it will say [Event Procedure] - double click that and it will take you to the code.
