Active Directory: GPMC snap-in

Hi,

1) This is related to Active Directory
2) This is related to GPMC snap-in
3) My questions:  I do not have the GPMC.msi, i) How can i get this file freely, ii) Could somebody forward it to me here at EE so i can get it (Is it OK or no? i am not sure)
