CISCO Unity message waiting lamp problems

We recently updated our Domino and Unity servers to the versions shown above.
After the upgrade some users could no longer access their voicemail from their email, they would receive the email showing a new message but could not play the attached file, this was fixed by recreating the mailboxes for these users.

Now when one of these users gets a voice mail their phone indicator light does not come on and we get event id 1032 (shown below) in the eventlog.  Resting the message waiting light in Unity fixes the indicator light but the event messages still shows up every time one of these users gets a message.

SOunds more like a Unity issue than Domino.

Do you have all the latest patches for both ?

CiscoUnity_Notifier is the originator, so I would see if you  can check the logs thre and perhaps increase the logging level.

Problem was resolved by removing and recreating user accounts in Domino.
