Possible to run bat files from notepad++? (I want to have a shortcut to quickly run my bat files)

I know there is a macro option but I am unsure how to use it.

Bascially I code assembly in notepad++ and I hate having to make bat files that I have to execute manually to compile my code (especially when I have quite a few) , is there a way to make some shortcuts /macros in notepad++ to do this for me?
