Certifate not generating

I am trying to generate a web certificate i get as far as the page titled Web Browser Certificate - Identifying Information  . I fill in the Name, EMail and the other boxes then press submit. and i get a page error as below and the message on page saying "generating reqest..." I am local admin, page is in the trust zone (green tick in status bar confirms this), zone security is set to Low, using IE7. Tries it on 2machines same things happens, tried in myserver and same things happens

I am at a loss as what to do next,

Its was an IE7 issue, installed firefox and it worked first time.
