We had this happening twice at one customer.  Small shop with 6-8 shared printers.  The HPLJ1022 was printing lines down the page and no text or graphics.  I switched drivers and it cleared up some.

Now another shared printer HPLJ1200 is doing the same thing.  They report test pages comes out fine from a PC.  Jobs printing with lines only.

Any ideas?
