Is there a way to toggle my network proxy configuration on and off using applescript under leopard?

I would like to be able to run the script and if the proxy is on to turn it off, and vice-versa if it's off to turn it on using the configuration from  a .pac file.

Yes, thank you. Though it would be better if it could use the .pac file.
