I need to take a intel hex file and create a binary image-part2

Hi Experts,
I asked a question (http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Languages/Pascal/Delphi/Q_23875865.html). An expert suggested the following program(http://home.hetnet.nl/~newlife-software/Binex/binex.htm). My questions at this point: Can this program be made a part of my Delphi appliction or does it need to be installed on every pc that gets my application. What does this comment mean(If a single binary image of a hex file with multiple memory areas is desired, then you should first transform the hex-file to a temporary single memory area hex-file, by copying it with the switch /%+ EmptyByte expanding on. ) since I want to be able to take a hex file and create a binary image of the file. The data segments in the resulting binary file(1 mb) might not be consequitive, meaning it might have  holes in the data. Will the Binex program stll work for me?
Thanks a lot.
