Can I include updates with Illustrator Install?

I will be deploying Adobe Illustrator CS3 in my company vis SMS.  I get it to work fine using the silent installer on a client pc.  But is there a way I can download all post installation updates to Illustrator, and include it in the full program install?  Or, is there a way I can install Illustrator, and then have a setting in the program download and install all available updates to illustrator without any user intervention?  Without a restart?
