POP3 User not getting junk mails in the junk folder

i am using exchange 2007 server. some of my  users are using pop3 accounts.
here issue is they are not getting junk mails to there outlook.

they can see the junk mails if they switch to exchange mailbox.

is there option to set to download the junk mails from exchange mailbox to POP account PST !!!

I think you need to disable the filtering for these users.  This closed thread might be what you are looking to do...
