This will depend on what edition of vista you have. If you installed Business or Enterprise editions on these computers you can get licenses from microsoft using their volume license program:
http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/resources/vol/volumelicensekey/default.mspx
If you installed  another edition you will have to buy the license with the media. You can buy the OEM version for much less than the Retail version. This following link is to Amazon.com, but you can view the products and find the product number to search for it at a location closer to you:
http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=vista+oem&tag=googhydr-20&index=aps&hvadid=1097364881&ref=pd_sl_6zw01bnvj7_b
I hope this helps. Good luck.
