Relay through exchange server 2007

We have a website which I want it to send email through exchange server 2007, we have transport server but I don't know how can I add the IP of webserver to relay through it.

can any one tell me the step by step way of doing it as I'm used to exchange server 2003 and I new to exchange 2007 and don't want to mess it up.
