You need software called htmldoc, try to install it via command "yum install htmldoc"

Full manpage found after the install via "man htmldoc" or via this site:

hi ifreq

i am trying to evaluate this htmldoc, i am trying to tested it on my local laptop and it's a windows machine. i've downloaded the windows binary version and installed, but it's asking for a license key.

so i just want to find out, does the linux version also require a license purchase?
