outlook multiple

I have a user onsite where his outlook has created multiple items for everything, i have deleted the OST files, there was 35 of them which isn't right. recreated the profile in outlook and still the same. have also tried detect and repair. i have included a screenshoot to show the problem. any advice would be great. full rep given for answer.

Hi,
Can you open his Mailbox in OWA and confirm if it is ok there.
Close Outlook and then delete all files under:
  • C: or D:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
  • C: or D:\Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
  • Recreate his profile
