    UserAccountControl includes flags for user/computer account like 'password never expire', disabled etc

    4128=4096+32 = WORKSTATION_TRUST_ACCOUNT+PASSWD_NOTREQD, so the values you're wondering about means a workstation computer account with or without password not required set.
