How to reset printing orientation

I have a user who is sending print jobs a networked printer through Internet Explorer but all the jobs, regardless of website, are printing in landscape mode.  I have verified that the printer's default orientation is set to portrait mode.  Also verified that a different user can print in portrait mode to the same printer but from the same website, so it appears to be something limited to the one user.  Any advice on where I might check next would be appreciated.

Did you check that "Portrait" orientation is the default for both IE print settings and the printer's setting  (via Printer Properties)?  It's not common, but I could see one overriding the other if they're not set the same.
Is the problem only present when printing from IE?
