I need to be able to allow my helpdesk team the ability to reset passwords for user who have VPN accounts on the firewall.  What is the best way to do this with allowing them access to do any thing else?

Hi,

Configure a privilege level between 2 and 14. Then use the "privilege" command to drop the level of required commands to then desired privilege level.

This link provides more details on local command authorization
