Mount the mailbox store or the public store in Exchange Server

I am facing a problem in Exchange 2003 I cant mount the mailbox store or the public store in Exchange Server ID no: c1041724

In the event viewer shows:

MSExchangeSA   Event 9175
MSExchangeIS     Event 9518
ESE                       Event 455

All Exchange services are started.

MDBDATA file are:
E00.log
E00.chk
Tmp.edb
Pub1.stm
Pub1.edb
Priv1.stm
Priv1.edb
E0002099.log
Res2.log
Res1.log
I viewed all paths in mailbox store data and its correct
Also the public folder is correct
At the end I cant mount the mailbox store and the public folder.

One common issue is hard drive space is gone.  Verify you have hard drive space.  If not that, we will dig in more.

the free space 310 GB in the Exchange drive
in windows drive 16.4 GB

Try to restart the Information Store, then try to Mount the mailboxes.

Have you tried to Reboot?
