Email to Public Folders

is there a way to email to a public folder? what i am doing is creating a form in Adobe lifecycle and using a submit button to email to a mail box which i have shared with 3 employees, i would like to do something like that but we need some kind of delivery or read receipt so the end user knows it was delivered. I would like to set this up using public folders but with permissions, i want to be able to email into a specific folder and set a rule to have exchange email out a receipt. let me know if this is something that will work.

Thanks

I'm using office 2007 and Exchange 2003
Yes, that article is written for Exchange 2003. You should be able to follow its steps and have mail enabled public folders in no time.
