Buildnig an ear file with ant

Hi I want to create an ear file that will contain just the following:
My.jar --> which contains all the ejbs, user libraries etc
manifest --> file

After building I also want to get the ear file deployed to the weblogic(10) instance, what is required to do all of the above?

        destfile="<folder and name of your ear file>.ear"
        appxml="<path to application.xml>application.xml"
        manifest="<path to manifeset file>MANIFEST.MF">
                <fileset dir="<directory where your jar is>" includes="*.jar"/>
