How to auto-hide Office 2007 ribbon?

Can anyone help me how to auto hide Office 2007 ribbon?
Suppose when I move my mouse over the minimized ribbon it should display the
options under the tab.
Ex: when I move mouse cursor over the "Home" tab, it should automatically
display the options under "Home" tab.
Please note that I don't want to click on the ribbon tabs (in the minimized
state) to get the options under them.

Any help would be appreciated!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Sorry - from what I can tell with little investigation, you have to click on the tab you want to appear

Always keep the Ribbon minimized
Click Customize Quick Access Toolbar .
In the list, click Minimize the Ribbon.
To use the Office Fluent Ribbon while it is minimized, click the tab you want to use, and then click the option or command you want to use.
For example, with the Ribbon minimized, you can select text in your Microsoft Office Word document, click the Home tab, and then in the Font group, click the size of the text you want. After you click the text size you want, the Ribbon goes back to being minimized.
