Batch file to restrict users from saving anything on desktop

Hi All,

I am implementing a group policy through which I want to restrict users from saving anything on desktop and My Documents in their respective profiles when they login. I need a Batch file which can do this and can be set as startup script. Or Please suggest me if this can be done through ADM files.
