OK. But how do I make it work with TheBat? Is it monitoring POP3 traffic?
Is there a place it puts all spam? What if legitimate email is considered spam?

Spamassasin does not work under Ubuntu with TheBat!.
The solution I have found is to install AGAVA AntispamServant Plugin for 'The Bat!'

No other option I can see... http://www.antispamservant.com/bat_plugin.shtml
