Can't populate or fill multiple cells in Outlook Calendar when selecting all

A user of mine claims they used to be able to select multiple days in Outlook Calendar and then populate all days with one entry eg: "Holiday", but when they try it now it only populates  the first day despite having multiple days selected.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I've got the answer...

In Outlook Calendar, right-click on the first day of your holiday, select New All Day Event
Set the appropriate dates using Start Time and End Time.
