Hi,

I'm having trouble with my laptop network port so I thought might buy one of these usb network card which will enable me to just plug it in  and use it straight way. Before I buy them I want to make sure few things:
(a) Can I buy any or any particular type I needed for my model.
(b) Are all of these usb network cards are compatable with all the make and model.

Thanks inadvance!

Hi ube100,

A) Any model should work. Check which USB your latop supports (1, 1.1 or 2.0 - Shouldn't be an issue though)

B) Yes, it connects as USB, not NIC. Drivers will be provided with the device.

Cheers.
