Vista DPI and DPI under MSTSC (Remote Desktop)

I have users which have setup DPI under Vista to Large scale (120DPI instead on 96 DPI). We are running the desktop under 1680x1050.
When we launch a remote desktop session to a terminal server running a bookkeeping software (windows 2003 server), the DPI are really very small and do not reflect the DPI of VISTA.

How can I raise the DPI on the remote desktop session ?

The DPI settings on the Vista machine will not transfer over to the Terminal Server because it is a totally different computer.
As a normal user they will be unable to change the DPI under Display Settings on the Terminal Server, but there is hope.
