setup ADSL as fail over to fastethernet

I have an ADSL line that i am using and will soon be getting a leased line, I need to configure my router to fail over to the fastethernet0 interface if the ADSL goes down, can you help me out please

Add 2 static routes and make the second one with higher admin distance. Like this;

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 <ADSL_REMOTE_IP>
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 <FA_REMOTE_IP> 200

So the second route gets activated only if the first one goes down.
