I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The guidelines are found here:

http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/

A, AA and AAA are levels of conformance, described here:

Not sure what you mean by that... these are guidelines on how to make accessible web pages. There are plenty of links to more specific documents within the text. Maybe these links are more usefull for you:

http://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/quickref/

If not, please explain further what you are looking for, and I will try to help.

what things do you need to implement to comply to the different conformance levels?
seems like all elements where possible need to have an alternative text alt="Image" which I know anyway.
I would like to know by looking at a webpage whether it conforms to A, AA or AAA.
I.e. if the page supports different font sizes then what level is this etc..?
Thanks,
